About our Founder
Beginning with a modest 400 square feet space, Aajol, under Monika’s caring and visionary leadership, has prospered over the years to become a 25-branch organization, and still continues to grow!
With almost 35 years of experience in teaching and nurturing children through various creative initiatives, Monika certainly deserves to be termed an absolute authority and deemed to be the most creative minds around working towards the overall development of children.
With the science background, Monika holds a bachelor degree of early childhood education from the New Zealand Tertiary College. She is a qualified early childhood educator, with a Diploma in Child Psychology.
Monika Kulkarni
She has completed basic and advances monastery courses. She has also completed an International diploma in teaching from Singapore. Monika has also worked closely with the Child and Welfare Commission Govt of Maharashtra in drafting Guidelines for operation of day care centers.
